Welcome to the United Services Hockey Club, Portsmouth
Founded in 1909, the United Services Hockey Club (USHC) is open to service personnel (serving and retired), MoD employees, and members of the public, who are especially welcome.
United Services Hockey Club (Portsmouth) is keen to recruit Male and Female players and Umpires of all standards for the 2010/11 season.
The Club currently runs 4 teams:
- Mens 1st XI
- Mens 2nd XI
- Masters
- Ladies
We enjoy the use of the first class facilities available at our home ground at Burnaby Road, Portsmouth, where we play and train on possibly the best water based and sand dressed pitches in the South of England, just a short walk from the Gunwharf Quays Shopping Centre.
Members enjoy free car passes to the Nuffield Car Park (on match days) Our membership fees are very low for the facilities available, including discounts offered to serving Military personnel.
