Founded in 1909, the United Services Hockey Club (USHC) is open to serving and retired military personnel, MoD employees and members of the public; especially those undertaking defence related work.

We are keen to recruit players and officials of all standards for the 2010/11 season as well as suitably qualified adults to assist with setting up and running a new youth section.

The Club currently runs 4 teams:

• Mens 1st XI
• Mens 2nd XI
• Masters
• Ladies

We enjoy the use of first class facilities available at our home ground in Portsmouth - what other club in Hampshire can boast a modern water base, new sand base, spectator stand, pristine clubhouse – all within a stones throw of Gunwharf Quays Shopping Centre. These pitches are possibly the best water based and sand dressed pitches in the South of England

Members enjoy free car passes to the Nuffield Car Park (on match days) Our membership fees are very (very) low for the facilities available, with discounts offered to serving Military personnel.
